HOW IT WORKS
During the subscription period, on the 15th of every month, we send you a box containing four different high-quality pure loose-leaf teas. Throughout the 12-month tasting programme, you will receive all types of tea: White, Green, Yellow, Oolong, Black and Dark (Puerh), allowing you to try a wide variety of different teas.
The teas in the box are carefully selected based on a theme, designed to help you understand what makes the taste of a tea. For example, if a month’s theme is “Altitude”, you will receive teas grown at different altitudes. The Theme Card explains how altitude impacts the taste of a tea always referring back to the teas in your box, so you can then taste that difference directly with your teas.
Our illustrated Tasting Notes bring your teas to life, transparently showcasing production details as well as their flavour profile.
WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR TEAS TO ARRIVE
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery, meaning that in the UK our boxes should reach you around 2-3 days after dispatch, give or take. We dispatch on the 1st of each month.
All our boxes bar the first one are sent in mailbox-friendly format so you don’t need to sit around waiting for the postman.
HOW WE PROCESS PAYMENTS
We take the payment for your first box immediately, and then charge your card automatically on the last day of each 3rd month until you tell us otherwise.
We use Stripe’s secure network as payment gateway so you are guaranteed payment security at all times. Payment details are fully encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption – we never see or store your card information.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You can easily pause or cancel your subscription in your account section at the press of a button at any time.
But please be aware that we do not offer any pro-rata refunds on our subscriptions. We only refund the monies if you cancel your subscription before your first set of teas has been dispatched (on the first day of the first month).
